• Get stressed out
• Decide that m&m’s will help alleviate stress
• Grab a dollar from your purse
• Head down to the vending machine in the basement of your office building
• On the way, pass a co-worker who has lost 70 pounds in the past year by “eating his wife’s chicken” 
• Try not to react to ”eating his wife’s chicken” like an immature 13-year old because it sounds potentially…disgusting
• Walk back to desk and drink a liter of water instead of said m&m’s
